What is Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode?
This is a service by Visa and MasterCard, in association with the bank that has issued your credit/debit card. It is aimed at protecting your details when shopping online by ensuring your card is not being used by someone else and will become a standard across all online shopping websites. The scheme is basically the online equivalent of Chip and Pin currently used on the high-street.

What do I have to do?
If the credit/debit card you are using to pay for your order qualifies for one of these services, you will be taken to a page hosted by your card issuer (Halifax, Lloyds, etc) during the checkout stage. This is a completely secure process and the information you provide is totally private and will only be visible to you and your card issuer. It will never be shared with any other party.

If you have not yet registered your Visa or MasterCard and your card qualifies, you will need to follow the on-screen instructions to register securely and create a unique password for your card. This is not your PIN number you use for regular shopping. It is an online shopping password that you will be able to use to identify yourself and your card when shopping online at other websites participating in this secure scheme. Once registered, you will be taken back to All Trampolines to complete your order.

I dont want to register, I just want to pay!
You may be able to complete your order without registering but we recommend that you contact your card issuer to find out more about the service. Your card issuer will eventually require you to register if you wish to continue shopping online. Alternatively, you may place your order over the phone by calling our dedicated team on 0845 257 1470.

I am already registered
If you have already registered, you will be required to use your password on future online transactions. All Trampolines never see this password as it is only verified by your card issuer.
